A strong rootedness

The estate covers 6 hectares, divided into 17 plots surrounding Fontaine-Denis, in the Marne area of Champagne. This medieval village, with its ramparts, forests, and church steeple, shapes an identity that is both deeply rooted and open to the world. The terroir brings together white chalk soils in the north and darker, flinty soils in the south — a mosaic that offers both freshness and generosity.

A story of brothers

Thomas and Florent Collet embody a new generation of winegrowers. Thomas — the exacting one, meticulous and precise; Florent — the connector, joyful and people-oriented. Together, they bring vibrant and generous energy to the estate. As the first to sign their own cuvées, they are building a shared project that combines freedom with loyalty to their family’s heritage.

An engaged vine growing

The Collet brothers practise a thoughtful, respectful approach to viticulture. Committed to organic farming, they protect their soils, encourage biodiversity, use herbal infusions and plant-based decoctions to support the vines, and carefully control yields to capture what truly matters. Every gesture is considered, with the sincere aim of revealing the unique character of each parcel.

A simple, living philosophy

Two words guide their work: rigour and joy. Rigour in the precision of each gesture and in the care taken with blending. Joy in sharing, in teamwork, and in the pleasure of opening their wines with others. Their desire is to take time, to explore, to cook, to read, and to understand their terroir, never giving in to haste.
